How to Purchase
-After we receive your order, we check stock for item. Then we will send you confirmation by e-mail.
And also we will send you notification regarding tracking numbers at the time of shipment.
Tracking is available at www.trace.epost.go.kr//xtts/tt/epost/ems/ems_eng.jsp by entering your tracking number.
-We accept credit card or PayPal payment and the companies available are the following: Visa, Master Card, and American Express.

Shipment of Products
-We ship worldwide via EMS around 1-3 days of you placing your order and 5-7 days for Made to Order products.
We expect your product to reach you around 5-10 days after we ship. (The expected arrival period can vary based on EMS shipping conditions and the destination country.
Delivery slowdowns may also occur in certain regions due to disaster, terrorism, or other causes.
-Free shipping on purchases over and equivalent to: 500 USD
-Shipping costs: 30 USD
-Any eventual import fees and taxes are the responsibility of the client.
Cancellation of Orders and Return and Exchange of Products
-Orders cannot be cancelled once the sales contract has been finalized.
- If you wish to exchange or return a delivered product, you must contact us within 5 days of its arrival.
-Before you return products, you must notify us by emailing at info@heegui.com. (The item can be returned only for size or colour exchange)
- If you receive a product that is clearly defective or the wrong product, we will pay the shipping costs associated with its return.
- If you wish to return a product for other reasons, you are responsible for the shipping costs.
-It is advisable to send returned items by registered post/DHL and keep your proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
-Item must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories (dustbags, case, hanger, garment covers etc.) received with the order.
-The following types of products cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged regardless of the preceding provisions.
1. Products damaged or soiled in the customer’s possession
2. Products with some parts missing, including packaging and other accessories.
3. Any lost of product warranties or tags are removed
4. Used products even if you received defective or wrong products.
5. Made to Order products indicated as non-returnable on the product showcase page
